Refund policy
We want you to love your Tell Me More merch. If something isn’t right, we offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it

Unworn, unused, and free from damage or marks

With tags attached and in its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on clearly worn items, items with visible damage, or on sale items and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at info@tellmemorepodcast.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once accepted, place a new order for your preferred style or size.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the EU, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
