We ship all orders using Australia Post and offer both standard and express options. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping costs, timing, and tracking.

 

Shipping Rates

• Free Standard Shipping — available Australia wide

• Express Post (AU) — available $20 - $25

• International Standard Shipping to New Zealand — $20 flat rate

Delivery Times

All delivery times are based on Australia Post’s standard shipping guidelines:

• Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–6 business days (metro) / 3–10 business days (regional)

• Express Post (Australia): Next business day within the Express Post network, 2–4 business days elsewhere

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on location and local postal services

(Delivery times are estimates only and may be impacted by public holidays, customs, or unforeseen postal delays.)

Order Processing

• Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase.

• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

• We are not responsible for delays once an item has been lodged with Australia Post.
